As a Technical Recruiter, you will support a variety of IT business divisions. We are looking for someone who excels in fast-paced environments and is skilled in identifying IT talent within a 24-48-hour turn-around-time. Experience recruiting Software Developers, Database Administrators, Data Scientists, Business Analysts, Machine Learning Engineers, Python, DevOps Engineers, IT Project Managers, Scrum Masters etc is required

Qualifications:
2-5 years of Information Technology Recruiting experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems or related field of study.
Experience managing the full life cycle recruiting process.
Must conduct initial technical screening for the job requisitions like Full Stack Software Developers (Java and .NET), DevOps, Cloud Architects, Database Administrators, SAFe Agilist and certified scrum masters etc.
Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing and evaluating IT professionals.
Public Sector IT recruitment experience highly preferred.
Ability and experience to articulate complex and in-depth concepts along with exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
Develop creative recruiting resources to attract qualified professionals interested in contract, contract to hire and direct placement employment.
Maintain database with updated documentation regarding candidate activity.
The ability to successfully interact in a team environment is required.
Effective oral and written communication skills are required.
Managing requisition status reports in our Taleo ATS, maintain hiring KPIs, compliance with EEOC regulations and AA goals
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite of products is preferred.
